The Trebuchet attains a higher velocity for the projectile launch when it is mounted on wheels.

In this model, the projectile weighs 1 kg.  You can change the weight of the counterweight and of the trebuchet frame.

To model the situation where the trebuchet is not mounted on wheels, make the frame extremely heavy.
